100 Days of Code: Day 8
It’s officially week 2 of my 100 Days of Code challenge!
I’m going to keep this update relatively short. Instead of doing the “good/bad/notes” routine, I mostly just want to talk about what I have planned for this week.
I decided to spend this week doing some of the freeCodeCamp challenges, updating my portfolio a bit, working on my playground, and starting on these Daily UI challenges, which will eventually be turned into live websites. I don’t want to go too crazy with the playground as I already have a portfolio on my website — and more than one seems a little redundant. However, I did manage to whip up a very simple index for the projects and pages that are/will be stored there. It is simple enough that I can manually update it when new content is added and it won’t be too cumbersome.
I also want to create a project in my portfolio that will house the links to projects that are small enough to not warrant their own space. I have a feeling some of these freeCodeCamp challenges will find their home there. The problem is I’m not sure exactly how
Speaking of challenges – when I first decided to do 100 Days of Code, I signed up for the Daily CSS Images email challenge. I wanted to start as soon as I finished the Bootstrap section of the Complete Web Developer course, but I still haven’t received anything, including a confirmation email. It’s disappointing, to say the least, but I guess I’ll have to keep checking back. If anyone knows anything about what might be going on with the challenge, please let me know.
