First of all, this is completely unrelated, but I have to point out how nice the weather is today. It started off really cloudy this morning (which, to be honest, is actually my favorite kind of weather because the sun hates me), and this afternoon is a bit less cloudy but still much cooler than it has been. I am trying to really enjoy it because I know the unbearably hot weather is right around the corner.
I almost tried to find something to do outside today, but instead settled for staying inside with the windows open, which turned out to be a good idea. I’ve just been coding, enjoying the nice weather, and watching the World Cup most of the day, which is fine by me.
Okay, so back to my coding for the day…
There were a few minutes that I was really frustrated with myself for not finishing the ES6 section. I didn’t expect these challenges to include ES6 (I don’t know why), so when I ran across arrow functions, it took me a minute to understand what was going on.
But did you notice I said, “it took me a minute”? I think I am understanding ES6 a little better than I originally thought, which is actually pretty cool. I might even go back and finish that section next. Sure, it’ll be difficult, but I can handle it.
